Starting a wellness journey is a different experience for everyone and for every caregiver, which is why I can explore the strengths of each person and build upon that, I help my clients talk about their health and wellness vision, and sometimes they discover things they even didn't know they wanted. I have three years of experience in the health and wellness journey, and I have had the honor of co-creating plans tailored to their needs and challenges.
Here is a little resume of how I started my metabolic journey. I became a Keto Mastery Specialist in 2020 to understand the science behind it because it works perfectly for me I am very curious, and I felt fantastic living on keto. Then the mind and body connection came to my knowledge and decided to study to become a Health Coach, It has given me so many tools to help others. Since then I have kept studying to understand and serve better people with certain conditions like Alzheimer's or Autoimmune conditions.
I have experience in customer service in different kinds of corporations that have allowed me to be familiar with many types of clients, and to team up to get better results. I use all this experience(including being the mom of three) with health and wellness learning to make smoothest journey for my clients.
